Refund and Resolution Policy for Digital Products


This policy applies to all digital products (including, but not limited to, piñata templates, e-books, and downloadable files) purchased from Oddly Charming Studios.

1. General Policy (Non-Refundable)

Due to the digital nature of our products, which are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, all purchases are non-refundable. You receive immediate access to the product upon completion of your purchase.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, features, and system requirements before completing your purchase.

2. Resolution for Defective or Corrupt Products

We stand by the quality of our digital goods. If you encounter any of the following issues, we will provide a resolution, which is considered an accepted return for a defective product:

  • File Corruption: The file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be fully downloaded.
  • Defective Product: The product does not perform as described on the product page (a material discrepancy between the description and the delivered item).
  • Delivery Failure: The download link was not delivered to you after payment (within 2 hours).

Resolution Process (No Cash Refund):

In the event of a defective or delivery-failed product, we commit to the following resolution methods in the order listed:

  1. Technical Support and Repair: We will first provide prompt technical support to help you download, access, or fix the issue with the file.
  2. Product Replacement: If the issue cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent alternative, at no extra cost.
  3. Store Credit (Only if a replacement is impossible): If we are unable to provide a functional replacement, a store credit for the full purchase price will be issued.

3. How to Request Technical Support or Resolution

If your product is defective or you have a delivery issue, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: You must contact us within 3 days of your purchase.
  • Required Information: Please send an email to hola@oddlycharmingstudios.com with the following details:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The name of the Digital Product.
    • A detailed description of the issue (screenshots or video proof are highly recommended).
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Exceptions and Limitations

We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. A replacement or store credit will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You do not have the necessary software or technical skills to use the product.
  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.
  • The product was purchased more than 3 days ago.
